Addressing reporters in Srinagar, PSAJK president Nazrul Islam Baba said the association had formed a nine-member inquiry committee to examine complaints related to governance and financial practices within the body.
Authorities said Light Motor Vehicles (LMVs) and heavy vehicles were allowed to ply from both Srinagar and Jammu sides, with the highway expected to remain open for two-way traffic on Wednesday as well, subject to weather and road conditions.
