The withdrawn services include issuance of VAT-65 forms, tax clearance certificates for supply contracts (Form VAT-46) and work contracts (Form 5T-64) under the Finance Department’s Excise and Taxation wing, as well as Grid Connected Rooftop Solar (Residential) and PM-KUSUM services under the Science and Technology Department.

The government of Jammu and Kashmir has de-notified five services previously covered under the Jammu and Kashmir Public Services Guarantee Act (PSGA), removing stipulated timelines as well as designated and appellate authorities linked to the services, according to an official notification.
The withdrawn services include issuance of VAT-65 forms, tax clearance certificates for supply contracts (Form VAT-46) and work contracts (Form 5T-64) under the Finance Department’s Excise and Taxation wing, as well as Grid Connected Rooftop Solar (Residential) and PM-KUSUM services under the Science and Technology Department.
“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 read with Section 8 of the Jammu and Kashmir Public Services Guarantee Act, 2011, the government hereby de-notifies the services and timelines and designated officers and appellate authorities of these departments,” the notification said.
The order was issued by M Raju, Commissioner Secretary of the General Administration Department.
