The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) on Saturday organised a free medical camp in Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir, providing healthcare services to local residents.
The camp was conducted by the 53rd Battalion under the force’s “Madadgaar” outreach initiative in Dodbugh area of Chandoosa, officials said.
Medical officers offered free health check-ups, mental health screening, counselling, and nutrition and wellness sessions at the camp, which was held at a government school in the area.
Around 300 people, including women, children and the elderly, received treatment and medicines for various ailments, officials said.
Residents from Dodbugh and nearby villages welcomed the initiative, saying it helped improve access to basic healthcare services in the area.
